Return policy :

We offer free shipping for all orders delivered to mainland France. Returns and refunds are possible when exercising the right of withdrawal. If the customer changes their mind and/or decides to no longer keep the item, which is intact and free from any quality issues, in this case, the cost of returning the products is the customer's responsibility. The transport of the returned products is the customer's responsibility. In the event that the product, due to its nature (bulky and/or heavy or high-value), cannot be handled by the Post Office, the customer may use the service of a carrier of their choice. The return of all the product(s) ordered and delivered intact will give rise to a refund equal to the total amount paid by the customer, i.e. the purchase price of the product(s) purchased. The customer will be reimbursed by any means of payment within 30 days of receipt by the seller of the customer's request to exercise the right of withdrawal, provided that the product concerned has been received by the seller during this period. To ensure correct and efficient receipt of the returned package, the customer is invited to label the package with the necessary and clearly visible information, including the order number, the name of the seller and the sales site, for example "123456789, FURNISH1". Warranty Policy:

- 2 YEAR WARRANTY
Furnish1 products are guaranteed against any material or manufacturing defect (fault) for 2 years. The warranty will only apply to defects discovered during the warranty period and will only benefit the original purchaser of the product. Furnish1 products comply with their technical description and specifications; it is your responsibility to ensure their suitability for your intended use and to choose them accordingly.


- CONDITIONS OF APPLICATION AND CASES OF EXCLUSION
The following damages are not covered by the warranty:
• Damage resulting from normal wear and tear of the product
• Damage resulting from transport or storage of the product
• Damage resulting from use not in accordance with the intended purpose of the products or from poor maintenance
• Damage resulting from modification of the product
• Damage resulting from shock, caused by sharp objects, twisting, compression, falling, abnormal impact and other actions beyond the control of Furnish1.


- IMPLEMENTATION OF THE GUARANTEE
In the event of a defect, Furnish1 undertakes, at its discretion, either to refund the product or to replace the product free of charge. This choice will be made by Furnish1 based on the following considerations:
• The value the product would have if there were no defect
• The importance of the defect
• The inconvenience caused by the compensation offered to the initial purchaser. Furnish1 undertakes to ensure that any refund or replacement will be made within a reasonable time, taking into account the nature of the goods and the intended use of the latter.
